About us: Hi, I’m 25 male and 1 female (29) living in this apartment. We are friendly to nice people. We are looking for new flatmate. Max 3 persons will stay in this apartment included you.

- long term tenant* (we are lazy to keep looking for new tenant again)
*we are a bit concern the apartment is a bit too small for too much shoes or too much shampoos in bathroom. We prefer flatmate that has less stuff. But you could put your stuff in your own room ^^
rules:
- cooking is allow
- be consideration
- clean and not noisy
- no door slam
- clean your dishes every time after you finished cooking/ eat
- you can bring your friends come to visit or stay overnight. Make sure they are clean and quiet too
- no pet, no smoking
deposit:
- 2 months deposit + 1 month rental (total = RM 1200)
- will sign a contract to protect you and me, and termination notice is 1 month time in advance. If you rude to flatmate or make thing dirty we will give you gentle reminder. If you still making problem we will have to ask you to move out by giving 1 month notice 
we are serious, don’t play play.
