- only CLEAN and QUIET personality (I will 100% kick you out if you are bad hygiene, super noisy, selfish and being rude to other housemates)
rules:
- cooking is allow
- be consideration
- clean and not noisy
- no door slam
- clean your dishes every time after you finish cook/ eat (no next day clean pls, the water sink is small we need to use it as well)
- you can bring your friends come but make sure they are clean and quiet too
- pet is not allowed in this apartment
deposit:
- 2 months deposit + 1 month rental of the room
- will sign a contract to protect you and me, and termination notice is 1 month time in advance, if you create problem that affect other housemates I will give a you a gentle reminder, If you didn’t improve after few warning I have the right to ask you to move out by giving 1 month notice. (stated in contract)
