HELLO! We're an open-minded, friendly household looking for a like-minded individual (or two) to live with us. The master room is occupied by a young couple and a pleasant gentleman occupies the small room. We also have adorable, furry feline buddies (they love boxes and neck scratches) so you must be animal-friendly.
The unit faces Seapark (SS21) and affords a gorgeous view of KLCC and mountains in the distance. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the LRT station (Taman Paramount) and a 5-10 min drive to Federal, LDP, SS2, Ming Tien, Taman Megah, Taman Mayang, Seapark, Paradigm Mall, etc. Really, really convenient.
The house is fully furnished with:
- TV
- Sofa
- Chaise Lounge
- Clothes dryer racks
- Washing machine
- Fully-equipped kitchen (stove, kettle, rice cooker, utensils)
- Refrigerator
- Bookshelf with books!
- Toilet with heater
- 10 mbps UniFi
- Hypp TV
While your room will be equipped with:
- 2-door Armoire Wardrobe
- Mattress with bedframe (Bedlinen + Comforter too!)
- Air-con
- Ceiling fan
- Curtains
- Laundry basket
- Wooden desk

Our cosy home is open to everyone, including individuals
like:
- LGBT/PLU
- Of any race
- Of any religion
- Of any nationality
Ideally, you should be
- Open minded
- ‘Bergotong royong’ (helpful and accommodating)
- Not petty or ‘ngeow’ (particular about things)
Utilities are on a sharing basis. Please note that this household is NOT pork-free (meaning some tenants consume pork in the premises). If you don’t mind, we don’t mind!
Everything is provided for - all you really need to do is just show up with your luggage!
