Current tenants staying are two male working adult and two cute cats.
The rooms to rent is 1 medium room available asap.
It is a clean, quiet and safety suburb neighborhood with swimming pool.
Amenities nearby includes 7-11, 99 Mart, Police Station, local gym, laundry, KFC, Mamak.
Nearby Tesco Kepong and Desa Park City. One Utama, Curve and Publika shopping malls are also within short distance travel by bus or taxi.
As for public transport, There are direct buses to KL, Mont Kiara, Hartamas and Kepong area. There's a Rapid KL Bus that stop in front of the apartment.
Segambut KTM is also available which is just a few stops away to KL central and Midvalley.
As for prices:
Room rental:
RM 550 (including water & electricity bill)
RM 600 (including water & electricity bill + Unifi)
add RM 100 if you're staying with another person in the same room.
Terms and Conditions:
A) Love Cat (No need to really love, but you have to live with 2 cats in the house)
B) Considerate of cleanliness while at home.
C) Preferred young MALE executive
D) Preffered one person staying only (if you want to live with a friend in a same room, add RM100)
E) Respect
Room will be available beginning of May 2015 but you will need to reserve it earlier before others do.
