Wardrobe included. No ceiling fan and no air cond. You should provide the new bed due to the personal hygiene.
One month deposit. Deposits can be returned on last two days after you give the notice of termination in advance of one month. The owner has the right to check the
status of wardrobe and may deduct it in the deposits if damage is found.
The rental includes the pub bill (electric and water bill)
- 5 minutes of walking distance to new projected LRT station.
- 10 minutes of driving distance to Bukit Jalil and Sri Petaling LRT Station, 15 minutes to Puchong and old Klang road, 20 minutes to Mid Valley, Petaling Jaya and
Cheras
- Good air at garden. Jogging track, Swimming pool, mini restaurant and etc.
- Light cooking without oil eg. Instant mee.
- portion of storage at the refrigerator
- Washing machine (one time weekly) and Kettle provided
