You'll be sharing the house only with me, an expat white male. I am quiet and mostly at work until 8pm.
I am cool with smokers as long as they smoke in the balcony where there is an ashtray and comfortable seats provided.
My main criteria is that you have to be clean and maintain the house in a
presentable and decent manner.
