ii- RM350 for small room per month.The small room can have up to TWO tenant. If two tenant, the rent would be RM175 (currently no one is in the room). Don't worry about space,we can sort out where to store things together.
iii- Deposit: 2 +1(rent for Nov) + utilities(RM100) Total= RM1150 per room. If sharing,can split the deposit sum.
