3. Suite also equiped with Sofa, Free Public Wi-Fi, Plasma Television with limited ASTRO channels, Dining table, chairs, working table, iron, ironing board & etc.
4. 24 hour access with security key-card & 24 hour CCTV suite securities. Secured access card reaching only individual floor unit.
5. A dedicated small dining area with Full Kitchenette e.g. Samsung fridge, Samsung microwave, electrical water kettle, electrical cooking stove, rice cooker, toaster, cooking utensils, dining ware & storage cabinet.
6. 35 minutes from Kuala Lumpur International Airport & 25 minutes from the city centre.
7. Numerous attraction and facilities are availbable and easily accessible on the Sunway Resort Suite grounds and within the integrated development e.g.:-
- Directly connected with Sunway Pyramid Mall, Sunway Convention Centre & Sunway Lagoon.
- Free Daily Sunway shuttle bus to few places in Sunway.
8. Basic Holding deposit are 2.5 months rental + RM 500 for utilities deposit.
9. Standard Check in 3pm - 6pm, Standard check out 10am - 12pm. Any check in / out not within standard time will attract additional charges, subject to availability and approval.
12. Guest is also expected to sign a rental agreement upon check in.
