Fully furnished 2pax master room with personal bathroom+golf view is available for rent at Casa Tropicana (around Petaling Jaya, Malaysia).
1. Tenants will enjoy a full set of 2 single real beds + pillows, mirror table, chair, 1 wardrobe & 1 lockable wardrobe, private fridge in the room, daily high speed internet & daily 8 hours of usage aircond.
2. We will filter all application and only accept those good, friendly and clean tenants.
3. Rental include electricity, water, cooking gas, furniture & condo facilities. RM 1800/month are for 2 pax and minimum 6 months contract.
4. TV & car park are add ons with special rates if tenants need it:-
- 23 inch TV: RM 50/month
- Indoor Car Park : RM170/month with extra deposit RM 200.
5. For unit sharing, we have prepared microwave, fridge, cooking stove, washing machine, water electric kettle and tap water filter for everyone sharing.
6. Our unit are highly secured with CCTV installed on the unit common area e.g. entrance and only using specific card to access our unit entrance to ensure our tenants safety.
7. Tenants can access to condo facilities e.g. gym, swimming pool, sauna, jogging track, bbq area, few 24 hours convenience stores & etc.
8. Viewing the rooms & unit are most welcome before deciding to rent or not.
9. Basic Holding Deposit are 3 months rental plus RM 200 for room key & lobby and unit entrance card access.
