Room is available for October 2014.
Room itself is NOT FURNISHED but the house is well equipped with:

- internet Wi-Fi (optional)
- one (1) parking slot provided at the house compound.
- room attached with ceiling fan
House area very close to:
- Jusco Equine Park
- McD drive thru
- KFC drive thru
- Mamak shops / self service laundry / 7Eleven / kedai masakan melayu
- Giant Hypermarket (5 mins driving)
- easy access to SKVE Highway / Bukit Jalil area / UPM / Putrajaya / Cyberjaya

We prefer for a single female occupant, employed, friendly, non-smoking and
tidy. There are five (5) bedrooms in the house and only one (1) room is
available. As for now, there are five (5) girls living in the house.
Deposit required prior to moving in. (Deposit= 1 month rental + RM40 for
utilities deposit)
