We welcome any working adult to rent with us. The facilities available are:
a. Swimming pool (the same floor - right in front of the house)
b. Gym (moderate - no weights)
c. jogging track and play ground
d. 24 hour security
e. TV, Internet and cooking is allowed
f. Air-conditioner and washing machine
g. Bus stop - RapidKL bus every half an hour to LRT Kelana Jaya station
**Requirements:
1. 1Malaysia concept
2. Respectful, friendly, cleanliness
3. Mind Your Own Business (MYOB)
4. Cat-lover (we have a couple of them)
The rate is rm450 per month excluding utilities (since it is air conditioning, need to split the bill. Normally the cost of unifi, electric and water is around rm180-200)
