I'm looking for housemates to occupy two rooms in my apartment. The details of the rooms and rental are as below:
Master Bedroom (with attached bathroom) = RM450
Small Room = RM 300
The abovementioned rental does not include, internet, electricity and water bills. These bills wll be equally divided between members of the house at the end of every month.
Located in the heart of Shah Alam, section 7, Apartment Baiduri is easily accessible and near to all amenities you need, jus name it. The house is partially furnished but it is cozy enough to call a house. The house is located on 6th floor out of 10 floors. It has a nice view facing the Shah Alam Mosque.
The only thing you might find as difficult is parking. Covered parking is very limited but there are owners who let their parking space to other tenants. Otherwise, parking your car by the road is always an aternative. Don't be surprise, it's normal here.
Now let's talk about me and you. Cleanliness is important to me. So I'd expect the same from you. I am a person who respect others' privacy and I hope others to respect mine too. Other than that, just be yourself. Having said that, plu is most welcomed!
