I got a master room for rent. I would prefer the room rent out to Chinese (not racist, but preferred as ease of communication).
The location is @Lagoon Perdana, Sunway. Why choose Lagoon Perdana?
1. Walking distance to Taylor's University.
2. 5 mins driving to Sunway Pyramid.
3. Sunway Medical Centre in a short distance.
4. Monash University up ahead of SMC.
5. Upcoming BRT which is still under construction, expected to operate on May 2015.
6. 7-Eleven is available, shops such as mamak stall, photocopy, clinic, grocery, 99 mart and so on; very convenient.
Facilities provided:
- Refrigerator
- Washing Machine
- Water Heater
The room is fully furnished which includes:
- Study Table
- Office Chair
- Wardrobe
- Single Bed Frame
I would prefer to allow only one person or you may share with your friends (required same gender), no couples allowed as I encountered bad experience with such.
